- What we do. We provide behavioral health services, including telehealth sessions with licensed clinicians, and scheduling support.
- Sole discretion. We may add, modify, or discontinue services at our sole discretion.

4. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use services with parent or legal guardian consent and as permitted by applicable law.
5. Therapists
Licensed clinicians who provide care through Cyti Psychological are responsible for clinical services delivered within their professional scope and licensure. If you feel your provider is not the right fit, you may request a provider change where available.
6. Payment
Accepted payment methods may include:

- Mastercard (credit and debit)
- American Express
- Other payment methods displayed at checkout
We reserve the right to add or change accepted payment methods at any time.
7. Pricing Policy
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. We may update pricing from time to time. For scheduled services, the applicable price is the one presented at the time of booking unless otherwise required by law.
